1. Introduction

Welcome to the TROPICAL WEDDING SEYCHELLES website. Please read the general terms and conditions of the contract carefully. The Tropical Touch (Seychelles) Wedding and Event Planner’s (hereinafter: Service Provider) general terms and conditions of contract serves to inform the customers (hereinafter: Client) using their services about the general conditions of the contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Client. By using the prevailing services offered by the Service Provider on their website (by using the website and placing a reservation), the Client understands and accepts the general terms and conditions of contract contained in this document.

2. Subject of the Service

(2.1) Reservation

Reservations are made through the Service Provider’s system in every case and the subject of the service is the full-spectrum organization of the programs available on the website: Marriage Proposal, Destination Wedding, Vow Renewal (hereinafter: “Service Package”) for which the Service Provider takes reservations. In order to finalize your reservation a non-refundable deposit is required, the Client notes and accepts this when marking “I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE GTCC.” The Client agrees that the proforma invoice to pay the non-refundable deposit that is needed to finalize the reservation of the ordered Service Package will be sent by email within 24 hours upon receiving the reservation by the Service Provider. The Service Provider sends the Client a confirmation to the email address they have provided within 24 hours of receiving the non-refundable deposit. The Client accepts that the Service Provider always invoices the Client via email for the non-refundable deposit they have paid.

(2.2) Payment Terms

The Client must pay a non-refundable deposit in every case when making a booking. The non-refundable deposit is 30% of the full price and must be paid within 3 business days after booking the selected Service Package. After the deadline, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining 70% of the total payable amount is to be paid at the latest 30 days before the use of the service begins. The Client accepts that the Service Provider always invoices the Client via email for the payment of the complete Service Package. If you book your Service Package within 30 days before the beginning of using the package, then you must pay the full price.

(2.3) Modification

If you wish to change your Service Package you must notify the Service Provider in writing in every case and at least 15 days before your booking.

(2.4) Cancellation Policy

Before they begin to use their booking, the Client may cancel their Service Package at any time. You must notify the Service Provider in writing that you wish to cancel your booking, no exceptions. It is necessary for the validity of the withdrawal statement that the addressee is notified. If you cancel your booking within 30 days before the beginning of using the service, the paid amount will not be refunded.

3. Responsibility

The description found on the website contains the main characteristics of the service to be purchased. The Service Provider takes care to manage the information on their website with the greatest care possible and they do everything to ensure that the data on the services published on the website (especially prices, descriptions, etc.) are as accurate as possible. The Service Provider states that they do not assume liability for damages stemming from the misinterpretation of the website and the services. Furthermore, the Service Provider states that they do not assume liability for malfunctions which prevent the client joining or booking via the Service Provider’s website.

4. Vis Maior

The Client is not entitled to exercise the legal consequences of breach of contract against the Service Provider if the service is not performed due to extraordinary, unpreventable events (vis maior: eg.: extreme weather and road conditions, natural disasters, wars, roadblocks, riots, strikes) that are not the fault of the Service Provider.

5. Additional Terms

The Client accepts and agrees to the fact that the Service Package will be held according to the priorly discussed time (except vis maior). Furthermore, they agree with the fact that the Service Provider is not obligated to stay past the previously agreed finish time of the event connected to the Service. If the Service cannot be begun at the planned time due to the fault of the Client, the Client may ask the Service Provider to modify the time on site for additional costs and fees. At the same time, the Client understands and accepts that the Service Provider is not obligated to perform the service in the case of on-site modification.

6. Governing Law

The Client agrees that these terms and conditions and the transactions between the Client and the Service Provider are subject to, and shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Seychelles, and that the parties hereto agree that any legal action taken by either party shall be instituted and prosecuted in the Court of Seychelles.

7. Privacy Policy

Limited personal data – such as client names, contact details, and event preferences – is collected by the Service provider in accordance with GDPR, solely for the purpose of delivering services and responding to inquiries. All information is stored securely, not sold, and is shared only with trusted service partners when necessary. By using this website, clients consent to this processing and to the use of cookies for functionality and analytics. 8. Final Provisions

The present consolidated general service contract contains the full agreement concluded between the Client and the Service Provider. By placing a reservation and paying a deposit, the Client understands these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
