We are based in the Seychelles not far from the international airport. Being based on the main island allows us to create beautiful events not only in Mahe, but Praslin and La Digue which are also very popular event destinations in the Seychelles.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING SERVICES?
We require a deposit payment when booking the event. Payment will be made by bank transfer or online card payment on the basis of the deposit request, which will always be sent by email after the booking is made. Kindly note that the payment transaction fees that may occur from a third party are not included in the package price.
CAN YOU HELP ME TO PLAN A MARRIAGE PROPOSAL?
Surely we can. Personalized marriage proposals are our thing and we love organizing anything romantic. We understand that the men sometimes struggle to think of creative and romantic ways to propose that the women will love, so that is why we are here- to do the hard bits for you. Our job is to make sure that we give your partner the proposal of her dreams and take the stress off you. We are here to help you think of a great unique proposal, decide where to have it and when to pop the question.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE WEDDING VOW RENEWAL CEREMONY?
For the couples who have been married for a while we offer to renew their promise of marriage by ordering a vow renewal or symbolic wedding ceremony in the Seychelles. The wedding paperwork is less and the costs are considerably lower, but the script of the ceremony can be similar to an official wedding ceremony.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO LEGALLY MARRY IN SEYCHELLES?
To officially marry in Seychelles, the following documents are required: a photocopy of both valid passports, a photocopy of both birth certificates (translated into English or French), with the apostille certificate or Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp or seal applied to the photocopies of the birth certificates and passports, as per the requirements of the Apostille Hague Convention for signatory countries and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for non-signatory countries. If you have been previously married, a divorce decree or death certificate will be required. Copies of all documents must reach Tropical Touch at least 3 weeks before the planned wedding date. Please bring the original documents for verification purposes with you to the Seychelles.
HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE OUR CEREMONY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND ARRIVING IN SEYCHELLES?
We recommend at least two days prior to your ceremony. You have enough time to get acclimated to the time change and relax a little bit before your big day. Please keep in mind that arriving two days prior is not a requirement. Many couples arrive the day before and even the day of. In these cases, special arrangements will need to be made, and we are happy to accommodate.
WHAT IS THE BEST DAY OF THE WEEK FOR CEREMONY?
Weekdays! Holidays and weekends are when the locals take advantage of the beaches, so we always recommend weekdays for seclusion.
CAN THE PACKAGES BE CUSTOMIZED?
Absolutely! You are welcome to customize any of the packages to accommodate your requests.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE?
Your marriage certificate will be ready and delivered at your respective hotel within three to four working days after the ceremony.
